Widely known under this name, is a mixture of pickled vegetables (with up to 5 or 6 ingredients) widely consumed in Spain also as aperitif along with Spanish green or black olives. Usually composed by gherkins (whole or cut), silverskin onions, cut carrots, pitted green olives, cauliflower and cut baby corn. Eaten along with pork preserves and cheese “raclettes”. Frequently offered as aperitif in a certain kind of restaurants
