Description

Very old condiment, consumption currently spreading throughout Spain. Frequently used as “Spanish Tapas” (aperitif). Also as ingredient of mixed pickles, salads and along with pork preserves. Very small sizes needs labour intensive to be harvested and processed.

Product grown in Spain and some other European countries (Poland, France). Highly used as ingredient of salads (whole and sliced)
