SILVERSKIN ONIONS
Description
Little Silverskin white onions are a very common condiment highly consumed in Spain, also as aperitif along with gherkins and olives. Very frequently used as ingredient of mixed pickles and salads, and as garniture for pork preserves and cheese “raclettes”.
Is a product mainly grown and processed in Europe, in the Netherlands, but also in Israel, Italy and recently in India. Is a healthy component of salads, cooked dishes, pizzas, etc.
