Description
Relatively extended condiment, of frequent consumption in Spain, widely used in pizzas. Eaten along with pork preserves, cheese “raclettes” and smoked salmon. Frequently used as ingredient of some sauces, mixed pickles and salads. Needs intensive labour for plucking, selection and processing.
Is a typical product of the Mediterranean area as wild bush, while is being cultivated also in certain countries.
