PEELED GARLIC CLOVES

Description

Very old condiment, of increasing consumption in Spain. Consumed along with Spanish green or black olives and used as ingredient of salads, mixed pickles, etc. Eaten along with pork preserves and cheese “raclettes”. Also used by pork preserves industry as sausages component. Peeled work is finished manually by hand at factory level
